COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Understand and interpret the Act and accompanying Regulations, explain requirements for minimum compliance stipulated in the Act, interpret the management controls required to achieve compliance and explain the obligations of managers in terms of communication and training.

• Explain the requirements for minimum compliance stipulated in the Act
• Interpreting the management controls required to achieve compliance
• Demonstrate the knowledge and understanding of record keeping required by the Act and Regulation
