TARGET AUDIENCE:
Not limited to:
Supervisors, Managers, Security Officers, Compliance Officers, Safety Committees and Safety Representatives
PRE-REQUISITES – SETA ACCREDITATION:
It is desirable for learners wishing to achieve this unit standard to be competent at:
• Communication at ABET Level 3 or equivalent and Mathematical Literacy at ABET Level 3 or equivalent.
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The course will be beneficial for persons who are required to conduct continuous hazard identification and risk assessments in the workplace.
COURSE OUTLINE:
• Explain the legal and specified requirements for conducting continuous risk assessments
• Prepare to conduct a continuous risk assessment
• Conduct a continuous risk assessment
• Initiate remedial action and follow up on Continuous Risk Assessment
Courses will commence with a minimum of 6 participants and a maximum of 15 participants.
